We will be in touch with you soon
We greatly appreciate the trust you place in our practice. You can rest assured knowing we will continue to do everything possible to keep you and your family safe.
If You Are Requesting a Virtual Appointment
Whether this is your first time using telemedicine or you’re already a seasoned veteran, thank you for choosing to schedule a virtual appointment with Dr. Leibovitz.
Don’t forget, you will need:
- A device capable of making and receiving video calls, such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer with a webcam/microphone.
- A stable, reliable internet connection.
- A private, quiet, and well-lit location to take the call.
We also encourage you to have a trusted family member with you, for providing camera assistance or helping you take notes.
If You Are Requesting an In-Person Appointment with Valet Medical Services
A member of our staff will be in contact with you to go over the details about your foot or ankle concern. Telemedicine may be a safer and more appropriate avenue for your case at this time, and we want to ensure the option is available whenever possible.
Otherwise, we will schedule your in-office appointment and discuss any special needs or directions there may be.
If you are in unusual circumstances or have any other concerns, please do not be afraid to bring them up with us. Your health, comfort, and peace of mind are our top priorities.
